In order to use these sprays, just right click on the image and choose "Save Picture As...".  Save it to your hard drive, start up CS:S and in the options menu choose import spray and select the spray you saved.  If you have any questions, don't e-mail me.  Instead, stand up, unplug your computer and hurl it out your window because you are too stupid to use it.
